This grand old mansion is making a comeback. The 3rd floor, where you will stay, is completely renovated and brand new. And every part of floors 1 and 2 that I could see is also beautifully renovated. The main hall and stairway is not a renovation job - it's a restoration job. All the incredible wooden paneling and floors have been brought back to their former glory. Work continues and there is still much to do on the outside in particular but the rental apartment is finished. All three of us had our own bedroom. The living room was roomy and super comfortable. There is a small eating area for 4 around a round table in the glassed-in, corner turret that gives you a 300 degree view of the tree canopy. I like to birdwatch and I just did it right out the windows there. The kitchen is small but adequate. We made our breakfast and coffee and heated things up in there. All in all a great stay.

The Jerome House is a delight. An historic building on the outskirts of Williamstown but easily walkable to Williams College. We were in town for our son's graduation and the location could not have been better. Its a beautiful building and the top floor suite suited our family perfectly. We stayed once before and the improvements keep on coming. Lars was responsive to every query and was an attentive host.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location - very close to all that Williamstown has to offer, yet extremely quiet and comfortable. A huge space, great parking and other amenities. Absolutely beautiful building. Our contact Lars was responsive and communicated well. Access was easy. there was some construction going on, but that was a temporary thing and did not impact our stay at all. would absolutely stay again .
