Ubytování v Karlových Varech je na skvělém místě, v klidné části, ale velmi blízko do centra. Apartmán je krásný, nově zrekonstruovaný, měli jsme vše, co jsme potřebovali. Hostitel velmi milý a flexibilní, v pohodě jsme se domluvili jak na času příjezdu, tak na odjezdu.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, welche des Bildern und Beschreibungen entspricht. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche war alles wichtige vorhanden und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das Air bnb hat eine tolle Lage, man erreicht in 10 min bergab die sehr schöne Innenstadt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, und hat auf alle Fragen online sehr schnell geantwortet.

Overall we had a good experience with the flat. There were only a few letdowns. The apartment was clean, modern and new, and comes with a well-equipped kitchen. It is situated about 30 minutes by foot from the shopping street, and you have quick access to the forest for hiking activities. There is a supermarket located conveniently around the corner to get your groceries done. The listing falsely advertised that there is parking on premise (hopefully this will be changed). There is in fact no parking on the premises, but there is free parking in a nearby street. Due to personal reasons, we were looking for a place that specifically had parking on premises, so this misinformation was a problem for us as we had booked it under the assumption that we could park on premise. The check-in went smoothly, but the check-out was another issue. The host did not show up at the agreed checkout time – he was late, and asked us to wait for him for 30 minutes. Though we had travel plans and could not really afford to wait, we still decided to wait for him. After waiting for half hour, he still did not arrive, so we had to leave after all. Being late is one thing, but not even offering an alternate solution to the problem (leaving the keys with someone else, leave it in the mailbox, etc.) was just bad service overall. The delay had a big negative impact on our travel plans, and put us under unnecessary stress for the rest of the day.
