Our experience at this rental was pretty good! The pros: - Great location in terms of being close to the main Kennebunkport downtown area and all the festivities (we were there for prelude). - The unit is clearly just renovated, everything felt new. There was a coffee maker, wine opener, plates, cups, extra toilet paper, fluffy towels, the works. - The shower pressure was awesome. - Nice smart tv in living room and bedroom - Nice to have an in-unit washer dryer. The cons: - The front bedroom, with the bunk beds, is a bit loud in the morning from traffic. Recommend bringing a sound machine for younger kiddos (or anyone really). - The unit is listed as a three bedroom. It’s a two bedroom with a pull out in the living room. The living room is bright in the morning as several windows do not have curtains. - My husband loved the king bed, my back didn’t like it so much. It’s on the firm side. - I think 10am check out is a little on the early side. Hope it helps someone!

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! Pros: Emilys place was in a great location in proximity to downtown. The walkability was outstanding. Inside was very clean, had decent ammenities and well designed. I like how she had the chalk board with restaruants. Cons: There were a lot of downsides to this property. The road noise was very loud and disturbing in the morning, not ideal for a quiet getaway. There were also mice in the walls ticking around all morning(I live in CT so know this is hard to avoid). The grill was full of mold and most of the outdoor living was unuseable. The Master bed was the biggest disappointment. It was very uncomfortable, my wife and I woke up very sore. We left the place very clean(master covers were off but washed and dried the towels) so believe the $200 cleaning fee is ridiculous for a 800sqft place. Tried to cancel two days after booking when address was sent, would not refund. We went with open mind, our gut was right. I would not recommend unless you like overpaying

A great location! Very easy walk into town. We did however drive down to the beach and the walking trail. Permits were not required at any of the beaches after Sept. 15 so no problem there and plenty of parking. This home is very cozy, great kitchen, well stocked. Remotes for the HVAC and TY were simple to use. The beds were very comfortable. Would we come back…yes indeed. Thanks Emily!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was in a great location and we had plenty of room. Emily was very responsive and helped with every question we had!! We definitely recommend this property!

Exactly as expected. Great location, walkable to everything. Beautiful area. House was very nice. Comfortable and well stocked.
