The house is a new modern construction that has all the comforts for a special and pleasant stay. A high vaulted ceiling in the living / dining room keeps the space cool and lots of light enters through the large windows. The downstairs bedroom and upper loft area have air conditioning; cool air floes down into the living/dining area keeping the house cool. All sliding doors and windows have mosquito screens for your convenience. Upstairs on the rooftop area there is a Palapa; or thatched roof; to laze in the hammocks, catch some rays and enjoy the pacific breeze. The property has great vegetation; Palm, lemon and mango trees provide plenty of shade for relaxing in an oasis of tranquility outside the house. There is a Cabana on a corner of the property rented separately. We have two internet providers; Starlink satellite and local Telmex fiber optic for secure internet access.
