Excellent proximity to TASIS and easy bus ride into Lugano. Peaceful neighborhood with an outstanding view. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Marianne’s place for a month in the summer. We traveled all over Lugano, and this apartment has to have the best view in the entire city (listing pictures do not do it justice) The value of that can not be overstated, as we would spend evenings just sitting on the terrace enjoying the view. The unit is also larger than you would expect as she uses what could be a third bedroom as a tv room. The building is immaculate with extremely friendly and helpful neighbors - but that’s pretty much like all of Lugano. Conveniently located with a cafe, ice cream shop, 3-4 restaurants, a small grocery store, and take-away pizza shop all within a 5 minute walk. 12 minute drive to downtown Lugano, 20 minutes to Morcote. Laundry is a little confusing and not in the unit. Book with confidence, we would definitely stay again.

A great, well designed and very quiet place with an amazing view! All the furniture is very comfortable and the place is extremely well equipped, plus all of this is Marianne is a very nice helpful host! :)

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie ist ruhig gelegen, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse lässt keine Wünsche offen.
