Enjoy your stay at South Beach Place and relax by our pool and garden. Whether you would like to finish that summer novel or challenge your family to a game of shuffleboard, our surroundings encourage fun in the sun. South Beach Place is a boutique all-suite 2 story hotel, located across the street from the ocean and South Beach Park. All our rooms are decorated differently with Vintage collectible furniture, an Old Florida setting with a retro lifestyle. Our suites include a living, dining, fully equipped kitchen plus a separate bedroom, and bath. Our comfortable super clean rooms easily accommodate guests staying a short time or preferring a longer staycation. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm. Saturdays and Sundays from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. . Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM . Hotel QUIET HOURS begin at 10:00 p.m., nightly. Loud noise, loud music, loud voices (in Hotel suites, swimming pool, or other facilities), are not permitted and can result in immediate eviction with no refund. • We are Pet Friendly. There is a flat rate of $25 per pet. Pets must be leashed in the common areas. All pet stays must be confirmed with the property prior to arrival to ensure a pet-friendly room is available. . No Smoking Policy. South Beach Place is a smoke-free hotel. You will incur a $250 charge for smoking in guest rooms. • All rooms are based on double occupancy unless otherwise instructed.
