I stayed here for a week with 2 other guests and my 2 cats. The unit itself was clean and was exactly as described. Giana is super nice and responded right away to any questions I had. She also checked on me via text after check in to make sure everything went well. There was an issue with the oven during my stay and she fixed it within like 2 hours. The unit is located right around the corner from a big beautiful park and a beach access and there are restaurants and convenience stores about a 7min drive away. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors on either side are friendly. Bring your own towels and toiletries. There were some available for us, but not enough for all guests (which we didn’t mind). I will definitely be looking to stay here on my future trips to NYC. Thank you Giana!

Where do I start, everything was perfect Giana is such a loving person and a great host. The beach complex is beautiful it looks better in person, everything was so clean and organize the neighborhood was a plus so peaceful and quiet best experience ever

Quiet neighborhood, with parking and a backyard. This place is great if you want to be close to the city without actually being in it.

Giana’s place was just like the photos maybe a little better , communication was a 10/10 and the place was beautiful and felt very comfortable during my stay , would definitely come back again
