Unwind in this stunning and comfortable bedsitter is furnished with a microwave, an electric stove, a television and an air condition. Is located close to the kumasi city mall where you can get access to all your groceries as well as hang out with your friends. We are also surrounded by a lot of restaurants where you can easily grab a bite. We have a serene atmosphere and great customer service that is sure to make your stay here an unforgettable one, be it for vacation, business or leisure. Twelve bedrooms with ten of the bedrooms located on the second floor and the other two bedrooms on the first floor on our secured compound. There are ample balconies in ten of the rooms for outdoor relaxation. We provide free WIFi upon check in. For your comfort we have water tanks to ensure consistent flow of water and a stand by generator as well..

If you are going to stay in Kumasi, I HIGHLY recommend staying here... The location, the attentiveness Ellen provides, the amenities (strong internet.. I work online in the States and was able too easily); I can't say enough... If you are looking for a value... a great value... This is the place... It's right across the street from Kumasi Mall so you will have access for anything you may need.. There are plenty of restaurants around so you will never run out of choices... And I found out it was very close to the nightlife of Kumasi also.... Ellen's attentiveness alone is worth the stay.. I was in Ghana for a total of five weeks and I stayed in different HOTELS and Ellen's customer service by far superseded those major brands. Because of that, I will ALWAYS stay there when I am in Kumasi... Again if you are looking for an exceptionally clean, nice, quiet, and safe place to stay while you are in Kumasi look no further....

This is a great and central location. I loved the Space as it worked for me. Abena the manager was hospitable And Very attentive and she went above and beyond. The hot chocolate and fried egg sandwich was a great plus

I had a great time at Raymond’s place. The communication was super easy and quick and the staff were friendly and made sure I was okay during my stay. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures and is very nice and comfortable. I am looking forward to staying here again soon time

An apartment located in the heart of Kumasi city. It is about 5-min walk from the Kumasi city mall which has a number of eateries and a popular night club. It also has supermarkets where you can easily get groceries. KFC and Starbites eatery is just 10 min walk from the apartment. We are a few away from the Mckeon Temple and a four(4) minutes drive to the Kumasi sports stadium. There are a whole lot of restaurants and pubs and other interesting amenities within our vicinity.

There is adequate parking for our quest that will be driving. Our location makes it convenient to catch a cab or use any ride hailing app when going to town or hanging out with friends. If you are new or a tourist in Kumasi, this place is ideal for you since you can easily access places of interest like the Manhyia palace, Adum market, Kumasi city mall, the Kumasi rotary park, sweet roses Chinese restaurant just to name a few.
