It was nice and relaxing. Especially being able to walk down to the water and enjoy it!

The stay was overall great -- Kendra was responsive and flexible overall and especially regarding our check out. My only problem, which was a big problem and caused a lot of stress, was that Kendra required that we dispose of trash ourselves. Just where are we supposed to do that?! This is unreasonable considering we do not live there. And she did not give instructions of where to leave the trash. There was construction nearby, so we dropped it into their trash bin -- but I think the request in unacceptable unless she has a specific place we can leave it on her property.

Nice place but not near the water. Must be quite cause of HOA. Residents are very judgy. But other than that, terrific
