This warm and cozy, beach-themed two bed and bathroom apt is within walking distance of the beach and Convention Center. The apt is kept very clean and is fully furnished with linens, towels, and essentials provided. Nestled in the ViBe District, we're only steps away from the beach, dining, shops, and more, with easy access to interstate for a short drive to Town Center or Downtown Norfolk. Free Parking for 1 car, Wifi, and 24-7 laundry room. Perfect for families or business travelers. Two queen size beds in the bedrooms, plus one twin size rollaway bed. We have two comfortable couches in the living room, and one is also a recliner. Flat Screen Roku TV, Fireplace, and games are in the living room. One additional TV with Amazon Firestick located in the left bedroom. 24-Hour Laundry Facility on site, right outside of the apartment. All of your must have living essentials including laundry supplies, iron and ironing board, towels, linens, pillows and blankets, shampoo, body wash, lotion, dish soap, toilet paper, glasses, plates, silver ware, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, and salt and pepper are included complimentary. All appliances are ready for use. Conveniently located on the second floor. Free parking. Free Wifi. Gym and Fitness Center with No-Contract Membership Passes within Walking Distance. All units in our building are reserved for our Airbnb guests. If you are traveling in a large group ask us about reserving multiple rooms! We had a great stay and host was very responsive!
We recently stayed at this location, and at the end of our stay would describe it best as the dollar store version of an Airbnb. It served it's purpose, but not much more beyond that. We were participating in activities at the Virginia Beach convention center, and the location was perfect-easily walked back and forth each day. But, the apartment itself, was clearly just old apartments converted to an Airbnb. They didn't do much, if any, work to upgrade the apartments. The furniture in the place again, was sufficient, but not nice. Everything was well used, and not new and clean. Even the pillows were very flat, and who knows how old. We appreciated having a dedicated parking spot, and laundry on site (bring your quarters). Again, this place is fine, just don't be expecting a luxury apartment. Also (out of owners' control), but there is a huge construction project between the apt and the beach- so you can't walk straight to the beach, as it's all construction.

Justin and Daniel were great hosts. Only two things arose which were not huge deals but worth noting. First they state one bedroom has a Queen and a single bed. It does however the bed was really uncomfortable and my son slept on the couch instead. Again not a huge deal but I wouldn’t count on that single bed for a stay. Second if you have more than one vehicle in your party PAY FOR THE EXTRA PARKING PASS!! I didn’t and thought I’d find parking on the street… there is none and I had to park a good distance away and paid $20 for the overnight parking. I should have taken the hosts’s recommendation and gotten the extra pass… don’t make that same mistake!!! Otherwise the place was really nice and in a great area. The hosts were great and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again and I do recommend for others.

Easy access to anywhere in Hampton Roads via I-264. About 20 minutes from the Norfolk International Airport. Plus, access to the beach, convention center, shopping, and restaurants all within walking distance!
