Beautiful home perfect for large families located on Matanchen beach, one of the longest and sandiest beaches in the area. Boasting soft, fine, golden sand, Matanchen beach is ideal for nice long walks, running, playing volleyball, soccer, or simply just taking a spot with your beach umbrella and soaking in the sun.  It is also a great spot for swimming, kayaking, and boogie boarding. Casa Matanchen is complete with a large ocean view pool and lush garden area, and is completely gated. The house is about a ten minute walk from the new pier, and less than ten minutes from the town of Aticama, famous for it's rock oysters, as well as San Blas.  One of the only beaches that boasts a big sandy beach year round. The price listed of $9,200 MX is for up to 16 people.  For larger groups, from 17 to up to 20 people the cost increases to $500 MX extra per person per night plus a $800 MX cleaning fee.
