Jill’s chalet is excellent and the location is lovely and quiet. A friend and I stayed for 3 nights as part of the motorcycle tour - the chalet park is very safe and the chalet has a drive big enough for 4 bikes (in case other bikers are reading this). The place was clean and well equipped. Jill was very helpful with instructions and things inside the chalet are well labelled (e.g. cupboards). Pubs and restaurants are only a 15-20min walk away and the locals are very friendly. Can thoroughly recommend!

Jill's lodge is the perfect place. Easily accommodated the 2 of us plus our cockapoo. Kitchen had everything we needed, and Jill had left milk, coffee, tea, a variety of hot chocolate etc plus some welsh cakes and lindor chocolates which were a nice touch. Lovely Xmas decorations which made it cosy. Spotless shower and bathroom, plenty of towels and shower gel. Comfy bed and heating throughout the lodge. The village of Builth Wells is lovely and we recommend the White Horse for great food and a pint. It is walkable (1.2 miles) but the road into the site doesn't have a pavement and there are no lights so I suggest you don't do this route at night. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jill's place, a peaceful and idyllic getaway.
