Brand new independent apartment for up to four guests in the authentic and vibrant San Lorenzo district. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a historical building, and it is fully equipped for spending the most comfortable stay in Rome. It features one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom in black marble, with washer and dryer, a beautiful and modern kitchen and a living area with a sofa bed and Smart TV. Restaurant, stores, and public transport at walking distance. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a private entrance. It features a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped Miele kitchen, with oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a table for up to 4 people, a very comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV. The bedroom comes with a double bed with a hypoallergenic matress. The bathroom has an entrance with the sink, a washing and a drying machin, a walk-in wordrobe, and a second part with toilet, bidet, and walk-in shower. Everything is brand new, and the style mixes new items with vintage pieces and design items. We provide high speed internet.

房间干净整洁，有空调，洗衣机，烘干机，洗碗机等等我们需要的一切用具。到罗马的几天非常炎热，这些必需品帮了很大的忙。房东非常友善，在冰箱里留了饮料，酒和零食，并且让我们晚一小时退房方便乘坐火车。总之，一切都很好，非常推荐。

This was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Both host were incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. They made recommendations for great restaurants, they provided Italian snacks and wine, and the home was perfect. Close enough to Termini to walk or take public transportation everywhere (approx .6 miles). The space was comfortable, and clean. The host sent us information for surrounding tours, and helped us organize transportation to and from the airport. We loved Roma, but it is a huge and busy city. Having somewhere comfortable to return every night that felt safe and comfy was very important and we will absolutely stay here again when we return next!

I highly recommend Paola's apartment! There are so many great factors. It would be hard to list them all. The location is walkable to many popular spots, but it is still on a quiet street. The apartment was very clean and stocked with so many different things. Paola is a fabulous host. She was incredibly helpful and always responded very quickly. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Our place is located immediately outside the ancient Roman walls that border the city's historic center, in the San Lorenzo neighborhood. So We are not far from the main attractions but You still need to walk a bit to reach them, here follow some example just to give You an idea:
- Colosseo is 2,2 km far, about 30 minutes walking distance.
- Fontana di Trevi is 3,1 km far, about 40 minutes walking distance.
- Pantheon is 3,9 km far, about 47 minutes walking distance.
Without walking to much, the best options to reach the very historic city center with the pubblic transportation are:
- Bus 71, stop around 100 meters far from our place and will bring You to the very center in about 20 minutes.
- Reach the Metro Station Vittorio Emanuele, that is at 13 minutes walking distance; this is the A Line and has many different stops in the main turistic attractions, including Vaticano, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Di Spagna ecc.
- To reach Colosseo best option is probabily to pick the tram number 3 that stop at 5 minutes walking distance.
