Overall good. Beds clean and nicely made. Caravan itself was as clean as an old caravan can be. Seen previous comments about hot tub being unlimited- but it's not. Only able to use until 10pm and not allowed to use it the next morning until check out. Which is highly disappointing, would have preferred that to be advertised as it would have changed my mind about staying here. Nice hosts. Kids had a blast.

An amazing stay! We had the best evening at Margo’s place. She could not have been more helpful from the moment we arrived. The area is secluded and the surroundings are beautiful. The hot tub is absolutely amazing and Margo kindly lit a fire for us to roast some marshmallows. The hot tub has lights inside and speakers also, it was definitely the highlight! The rooms are cozy and perfectly comfortable. The dinette and living area is quite big, we sat and watched a movie (5 adults and 1 child) and there was still plenty of room. We had everything we could possibly need, we brought far too much as usually you don’t get all the little extras which was much appreciated! A breakfast is offered as an extra but we had breakfast with us already, I’m sure it would be wonderful. Margo had thought of every little detail, including some pub quiz games that we loved. Thank you Margo for an amazing stay, we cannot wait to come back already!

Margo herself was lovely and friendly & pleasant to deal with. The caravan was very clean and the hot tub was brilliant & spotless. The only thing we could say is we didn’t realise the caravan was in a working farm, with muddy fields as the view from bedroom windows. We also woke up the first morning to find there was no electricity and were frozen 🙈 we rang Margo who fixed the issue straight away & said that it happens on occasion. The location is quite far out from shops etc so we played lots of bored games & drove to Cookstown to sightsee the highlight was definitely the hot tub.
