Chetek is roughly 15 minutes away and includes the chain of lakes and has boutique shopping, pubs and breweries, bakery, grocery needs, along with 2 different golf courses and the famous Chain of Lakes for great fishing and water sports activities. Rice Lake is 20 minutes away with big chain shopping stores, Turtleback golf course and a variety of restaurants. Dallas is less than 5 minutes away and offers a golf course, two restaurants, 3 bars, and a convenience store.

Scenic country roads with no traffic jams, make getting to any area's destination quick and easy with one mile access to a state highway. Also, there is a state atv trail and snowmobile easily accessible near the property.
