I had an extended Airbnb stay with Maria for three months, and have enjoyed my stay in her room very much. Maria and her husband are dedicated to their guests and both were attentive to everything I needed. Maria's response to any communications has always been within minutes. There is a very nice kitchenette with basic utensils and the TV package with Mega Cable is amazing. WiFi speed was always excellent. The access to the room is separate with key. I felt very secure all of the time. Location is excellent near shops and walking distance to everywhere. Maria's cleanliness scores more than 10/10 for me. She is absolutely fastidious and does the cleaning herself, hands-on. There is none of the drainage smells that one usually gets at some of the Airbnb places or overpowering chemical smells. There are no smells. Everything is just fresh and clean. Water pressure is very high compared with other Airbnb places, and there was hot water available all of the time.
