Brook was more than responsive! When I contacted her our first morning to let her know the coffee pot wasn’t working she volunteered to bring us coffee in the morning & had a new pot & coffee delivered that afternoon. Ours was an unplanned stay. As I was driving my 94 & 96 yr old parents east my dad suffered a medical emergency & needed to be hospitalized. Brook not only allowed us to check in a little early she was kind enough to allow us to check out late until we knew for sure my dad was going to be released. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated her kindness & flexibility! I highly recommend renting from Brook. If I ever find myself needing a place to stay in Cody I would definitely stay in her place again! Kathy

Brooks place is in a great location in Cody. Close to the airport and even walking distance to some great spots downtown for food. Two bedrooms, but the living room sofa and oversized chair pullouts worked great for the kids. The place is nicely decorated and we found everything we needed for our short stay in the kitchen.

beautiful old house! little bit too small for 7 adults but we only slept there...great laundry with washing detergent supplied...quiet location
