Christopher is a very nice host with great communication. With that said this stay was disappointing. This is a bare bones, no frills stay comparable to a 1 star hotel. There was no garbage can in room, no tissues. Basically nothing but bare essentials (towel/bed). The bed was also not comfortable and I slept poorly. This was priced in the same range as 8 other places I stayed in on my Fl road trip and it isn’t even in the same ballpark. I’d say it is 25%-30% overpriced. Even though Christopher was so friendly, I can’t recommend this place because I was not able to get a good night sleep.

Christopher was an amazing host! He was so accommodating and helpful, going out of his way to help me out of a jam. Friendly and pleasant! The room was comfortable, cool, and very clean. His dog is an absolute treasure. I would stay again anytime I'm in the area! Thanks for a lovely weekend stay.
