The apartment is in a good position, being close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The views from the apartment were fantastic. There was easy parking right outside the property and check in was straightforward. Natasha was quick to respond to any queries and went out of her way to resolve a minor issue with the fridge. Everything was as described although we did find the mattress too soft for our liking (but this is a matter of personal taste).
Natasha is a first class host. Her pre-arrival communications were spot on, letting us know how to find and access her flat and provided clear and consice instructions for our stay. She was also extremely responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The flat was extremely clean and very well presented. It was fresh and bright flat with a welcoming seaside feel to the decor. It was also very well appointed with everything we could need during our stay. The available onsite parking was a definite plus point. The only slight difficulty we had was with the access to the flat. As older people we found the stairs a tad challenging and unlocking the door to the flat while on the top step quite awkward, particularly for a left-hander such as me. Also the door was quite heavy to open. However, these are just minor points and did not greatly detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.
Really enjoyed our stay in Seaton, you can spot the sea from nearly every room in the flat! Seaton itself was quiet (which we prefer) but if you want busyness head down to Lyme Regis for the day. Lots to do! The flat was a cosy and comfortable place to be even when weather was being a bit rubbish, and when the sun is out the beach is right on your door step. A few good restaurants too, had a lovely meal at Le Pisani which would recommend.
We had a great stay, the additional extras were a lovely surprise, and Natasha was fab at communicating with us.
Very nice apartment, more spacious than the photos indicate. Great location overlooking the sea. Host very proactive and communicative.

I grew up in Lyme Regis, and now split my time at home in Lyme and London where I work for a development finance organisation, predominantly focusing on projects in S. Asia and Africa. I travel a lot, for both work and pleasure. Sometimes I stay in a hotel (mostly for work), but more and more I like to stay in small B&Bs and AirB&Bs so I can really get to be in a place! I'm a massive outdoors fan, and love hiking and other active fun! I frequently hike sections of the South West Coast Path (Dorset, UK), and I have also hiked around Nepal, Argentina, Chile and Canada among others. Patagonia is my favourite place of all!
