Die Absprachen mit Annika klappten gut. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentrumsnah und ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Leider war ein Bett ( Lattenrost ) kaputt, welches mit Büchern abgestützt wurde. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen und empfehle sie auch weiter.

Anika's place is spacious and matches the photos online. There's a great view from the balcony over a lake and it's easily walkable into the city centre. I'd definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting Bremen.

The flat is located next to a river which is very nice. Shops and grocery shops are not close by, you need to walk 15-20 min for a proper grocery store. Annika was very helpful and allowed late check out which was highly appreciated. The flat was crowded with personal items, and the bathroom was not clean, so that was unfortunate.

Zentrale Lage, ruhig, sauber. Ich habe mich zu Hause gefühlt und kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Our stay reminded us how AirBnB used to be before investors started buying apartments for short-lets -- the host lives in the apartment and does short lets when she is not home. However, the host did not leave any instructions, eg, wi-fi connection details, which towels to use, etc. Furthermore, she left the keys with a neighbour who was home in the early afternoon (too early for us to reach Bremen) or after 19:00. Then she asked us to vacate the apartment at 09:00 the next morning and actually arrived in person at 09:00, but we were not quite ready. It's a large, spacious, quiet apartment with all the basics (the bed was a bit small for 2 people), but the host needs to send guests fewer last-minute messages and respect the check-in and check-out times stated on the listing.
