House was just as described. Was very clean!. Host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. Great stay!!

We would stay here again. Detailed honest review—— I was a bit taken aback when we pulled up. The front appearance curd appeal was severely lacking and made me very nervous. But—- once we got settled, we were very happy. The hosts were fast and great at communicating and very helpful with anything we needed. Lots of parking for trucks and boats, great WiFi and multiple TVs, comfy beds, and awesome neighbors!!!! I do think the front needs a little TLC because I was hesitant to even go inside. But I’m very glad we stayed there and I would stay here again. Just FWI - you must take your trash with you… no trash service.

The house was super clean and tidy and smelled great. We are already looking into when we can come back. It is definitely going to be our spot to get away.

This makes our second trip to Melvins place. It's peaceful and convenient if your taking a boat with being able to leave boat in the water. We enjoy Melvins place and will certainty visit again .
