Vincent was very responsive and his instructions to check-in were top-notch. The location itself is very easy to navigate and it was super smooth checking in and out of the house. Vincent also took extra steps in sending photos to accompany the instructions which greatly helped. The house itself is great - very clean and spacious with plenty of amenities and extra mattresses, the kids and the mommies enjoy the stay very much. The location is also very convenient - literally 5 minutes away from Gerbang Malam and about 15-minute walk to Concubine Ln. There's 7-11 nearby and a small mini mart right downstairs for all your grocery needs. I will definitely book this place again if I come to Ipoh.

Clean and Spacious! Clear Instruction and have a good communication with Vincent. Room well prepared before check in time. Nice stay. Highly recommend!
