Positive - property size. Two king size beds. Parking outside property. Check in ease. Quietness of location. Location near amenities. Kitchen is stocked well with utensils. Negative - this is the biggest negative. The facilities in the description are untrue and we only booked to use these facilities- I would have paid less and gone for a hotel with a room only if I’d known. The jacuzzi was Luke warm and jets didn’t work. Been told that they’ve known about this for months and months but do nothing. The steam room had a gap under door and never have I been chilly in a steam room as sat in a draft!!! Had broken tiles and ceiling looked like was about to collapse and the exposed pipe was scolding so very dangerous. The salt room was non existent. You have to bring own towels from apartment. £5 to but a lock for locker. The apartment does exactly what it says but felt totally upset and let down with the facilities.

Apartment and leisure facilities in a poor state of repair. Housekeeping were doing their best but the apartment was in desperate need of redecoration, new flooring/ carpets and various things fixed / replaced. Toaster didn't seem to work, reported it and found on our return that day that it had been moved to a different socket in the kitchen and that the socket was in fact broken. We also had a number of ants in the hallway/ bathroom. The bathroom had grout / sealant missing around the bath and the tiling was in a poor state. There were too many broken damaged items to list on the review. The boiler didn't seem to have any thermostat so the hot water and heating were either on all the time making it far too hot or not at all with no hot water. I would like to say I would stay here again, but in it's current state I wouldn't.
