Beautiful and charming house, worth every minute there. Too bad I couldn't extend my daily rates. Sarah was always helpful and kind in recommending us various local things to do. and the neighbors are also very kind and helpful.

The home was covnenient to the interstate and restaurants. It was comfortable amd well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Sarah's home is a gem that is waiting to be discovered. We just had time to stay a night and enjoyed the great amenities, but definitely plan to be back. Sarah was very flexible and easy to communicate with and furnishings in the home were exquisite to say the least! The beds were super comfortable and we loved the antique furniture around the home. We would have loved to explore the area more, which has a lot to offer, and will definitely be back!! Five stars for this home as it checks off all the boxes.

Songbird Hill offers a warm, inviting and cozy home away from home for our extended family including toddler. Sarah warned us the home wasn’t baby proofed however it wasn’t necessary as the living areas had French doors we could close to keep him in the family room. The back deck was perfect for nightly card games while the baby ran around excitedly looking down on the world. The house is just wonderful and quaint. I highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here. It is beautiful and very comfortable. We live in a 1920’s house, and love this style. We love the deck off the back, being up in the trees. Good location near the freeway entrance. Sarah is great. She was concerned that we were driving in the rain. She left a beautiful vase of flowers from the yard.
