Overall this stay was tough. Romana was extremely helpful and responsive so my issues are more so just with the property itself. There is a noticeable smell within the apartment that you get used to be at first experience is not pleasant. Second, unfortunately, the AC did not work due to an issue with the remote and was eventually rectified but the first two nights were extremely warm and when we left the windows open without the AC the street noise was like there was a motorcycle in the living room. Additionally, the towels we received were noticeably stained. And lastly, it either was just not clear to me or was not clear in the listing, but this property comes with nothing more than hand-soap, which is unusual in my airbnb experience. So overall, the stay was difficult foe the price we paid. However, I would like to give credit where it is due and say that Romana was a good host and was very responsive and when I notified her of the issues she was quick to act and fix what she could

Lovely and cute little apartment with a great location. Uber to Old Town was only 10 minutes away. There’s a bus stop nearby. You can walk to sunset beach which is 7 minutes away. Coral beach and Coba Canana is a 20 minute walk. Romana was very kind with assisting me. Her daughter helped us book the best day ever, which was the caves boat trip. Make sure you contact Romona and go on that boat trip!

Had an amazing stay at Romanas apartment. The location made it easy to go wherever we needed. Perfect size for me and my family (4 people). Romana was very helpful with giving information and also offering activities and such. Reccomend :)

Great apartment with all the basic things you will need on your holiday. Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights comfortably. Very grateful for A/C in the living room during the summer. Water pressure in the shower was really good. Location was great! Close to sunset beach, copacabana beach, several supermarkets, a bakery across the street and a quick Uber ride to Old Town. Balcony with really nice views, nice basic kitchen, and washing machine. If I had to comment on one thing, brighter light fixtures would be nice especially at night. Thanks to Romana for being such an attentive host - quick responses to our questions and requests. Romana and her daughter Andrea helped us with booking a private Elafiti Island tour and when the light in the kitchen went out her husband came really quick to fix it. It’s not claiming to be luxurious but it’s a good base for Dubrovnik. Would recommend!

The service was exceptional. Arrival was smooth and easy, Romana and her daughter helped us to rent a boat, stopped by to show us pictures and give us pricing. The apartment is minutes walk away from bars, restos and the beach. There are two grocery stores within a few minutes walking and a print shop around the corner. The beds were super comfy and the view from the patio was beautiful. Wifi worked perfectly for work calls. Only downside was that the kitchen is a bit small, other than that, do not hesitate to rent this spot! It’s perfectly located, convenient and Romana gave fantastic service.
