David and Kati’s house was nice and cozy. Our favorite was the back patio at night with the string lights! Every room was accommodated with everything you’d need and if it wasn’t, they made sure it was known we could contact them. The location was perfect with grocery stores, gas stations and places to eat right down the road. David and Kati are great hosts and I would definitely recommend their cozy home if you’re coming to the Tucson area!

We had a great time in Tucson. David's place was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to cook. We were both working during the month we were there and the office and internet worked great. David was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house is about 15-20 minutes from some of the east Saguaro National Park trails, which was what was most important to us. The west park is about 40-50 minutes away, so still easy to access on weekends, and downtown (for museums, gardens, etc) is about 20-30 minutes away.

David was a great host! The house was very clean and the master bed was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and quiet neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at the Rita Ranch house! Great house in a great neighborhood, and David is a fantastic host!!
