Beautiful place! Wayyy nicer in person, pictures don’t do it Justice! Clearly built with love. The goats are adorable and fresh eggs were amazing! Would definitely come back!

The studio was large, comfortable, and well-designed with all the amenities. BJ and Barb were wonderful hosts. The kids (baby goats) were very cute. The location was peaceful and lovely. We definitely recommend and hope to be back soon.
We had a lovely time at BJ and Barb’s place. The space was large and well-appointed. It was clean and had everything we needed. For anyone concerned that the space is above a barn-please know that from inside the space you would not know you were above a barn except for looking out the window! We loved meeting the goats (moms and babies), Sammy the cat, and BJ! We hope to return!
Easily one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. Was extremely peaceful and felt like home. Got a tour of the farm and animals, and Barb and Barb were very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be coming back!

We live on a 25 acre country lane that is half way between Watkins Glen and Beaver Dams. Currently we have 2 friendly dogs, a cat and some chickens. Let us know if you would like some fresh eggs in your refrigerator. Our studio apartment in located upstairs with a separate entrance for you to use. We have children and grandchildren who are often at our home. This means we know the local sites. Since we enjoy hiking, we have explored some of the trails and discovered small waterfalls and quiet spots in our area. We would like to leave the world better than we found it Take care of the land and the children to the fourth generation. We respect your privacy but are just a short distance away to answer questions or if you need a band aid.
