Pernari Stone House, Holm-Oak Tree Stone House accommodates a family of maximum 5 persons, or friends enjoying a vacation together, all year round. The openness of the living room and dining area, with the kitchen, allows guests warmth and charm of the large stone fireplace. The 2 balcony doors and windows are bringing daylight in the room and marvellous images from the woods around. The 2 entrances of the house give easily communication between the outdoor verandas-pool and barbeque area. The decoration is a classical one while the wooden accessories and dining table are matching the creamy tilled floor. Wooden beamed ceilings in the house, in association with the stone walls, make you feel cosy when the weather does not permit the enjoyment of the private pool area and the open veranda, without sacrificing the superb view. Air-condition units are installed all over the house. For winter central heating existing and the open fireplace always has supplies of woods in order to warm the atmosphere Satellite flat TV, DVD, CD player and wireless internet connection for your laptop are available for indoor activities!!! In the fitted kitchen area all the essential equipment (dishes, cutlery & glasses) and electrical appliances, make cooking entertainment. Large fridge with freezer, electric ceramic glass cooking rings, traditional oven for the roast, but also a microwave for quick help, large double sink, dishwasher and all the small handy tips like the kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, and food-mixer are there to participate in the creation of unforgettable palate experiences. The house offers two bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom-wc, and the other with twin beds and a shared shower - wc room. Comfortable wooden beds with softy duvet for the winter, large wardrobes with a locked glove compartment used as a safe deposit box in each room, and two windows with old-style handmade curtains bring fresh air and countryside views in the area. All bedding clothes and towels are provided by the owners. In the shared shower room, are available hairdryer, washing machine, iron board, electrical iron, vacuum cleaner, clothes-horse and pegs and cleaning materials. The main shaded veranda has two entrances, from inside the house – from the sitting area – and from outside, also a connection by easily accessible -5- steps to the pool area. Dining table with comfy armchairs is there and next door is the barbeque area, with woods and coals supplies ready for use. Around the private pool, is a stone-paved area, suitable for sunbathing with umbrellas and sunbeds. The pool is a heated one – upon request and extra charge -. The pool dimensions are 8meters to 5meters and depth vary from 1,70meters to 1,20meters. The pool shape can be seen on the draw and a penguin decoration on the bottom makes the difference!!! The owners would like to remind you that when children are part of your travel group, you need to be paying extra attention when there are at the pool. By the house, the yard is the existing parking area and within 2 steps distance, we are in the house main entrance. For the nights enough illumination outdoor provided and the main door of Avgerinata Estate is closed for security. Only guests with remote control can have access.
