Ms. Francoise was very accommodating and the house was perfect. Nothing more i can ask for in looking for a place to stay in Legaspi. Although there was some issue with Airbnb Ms. Francoise was bale to assist and help in order to proceed with the booking. The booking went very smoothly and the assistance provided was top notch. highly Recommend

We enjoyed our stay in Francois' Magayon Blue House in Legazpi City. Our hosts Francois and Patrick were very responsive and very friendly. Special thanks to Patrick for taking his time to take us to the breathtaking Mayon Skyline and other places. He made us feel at home. The house is centrally located and perfect for us. I will sure recommend this house to friends and family who would like to visit Legazpi City.

It was a great experience staying with Magayon Blue house, the caretaker is respectful and kind. The whole place is cozy and clean. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. The host is very responsive.

Blue house was just perfect for the size of my family. The place was private, peaceful even though it's in the heart of Legazpi. Patrick was so helpful in making sure we are comfortable. The house has everything we need and the cooking stuffs were so helpful. My elderly parents and in-laws were comfortable in the ground floor rooms. The only concerns that we had was the low pressure of the water supply in the morning especially in the 2nd floor toilet when the lower ground toilets are being used but the buckets provided was helpful. The 2nd concern was the power supply, when all the ACs in the evening are all turned on they don't cool as they should but it eventually will later at night. Both concern are not the owners fault it's just how the supply in the area is. So overall we had a wonderful stay, it was worth it. Thank you Francoise and Patrick.
