Vincenzo’s place was exactly what we needed. It was well located to see many sites (although I do recommend renting a car because public transport would be much harder). There was easy street parking and we always enjoyed coming back in the late afternoon after sight-seeing or being at the beach. We loved the outdoor kitchen and seating area. The house was well equipped for cooking and perfectly clean!! The air conditioning kept us comfortable at night. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was great for the 3 of us (my grown kids and me). Vincenzo was very responsive to any questions we asked, and we enjoyed our week here tremendously! Thank you Vincenzo!

A great place for an Italian holiday. It was the fulfillment of our dreams of peace and ease in Sicily, we really managed to relax there. The house is located in a quiet part of town where there are mainly houses, but remember that we are in Italy :) We loved listening to our neighbors and their lively conversations at dinner, but if you are looking for total silence in the evenings, choose a hotel or a place in a remote area. It is a few minutes' walk to the beach, a dozen to the street with shops and restaurants. The house itself is wonderful, and its greatest strength is the large outdoor space, where there is a kitchen, a lounge area and an outdoor shower. The kitchen is great and well equipped, we were happy to cook throughout our stay even though we love going to the restaurants. Outdoor shower - we loved it! After the beach you can easily wash, leaving the salt and sand outside. Inside, the house is also very spacious. There is a lounge with a TV, a small hall, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The interiors are tastefully decorated, I was delighted with a beautiful old wardrobe with a scent of roses inside. There is one air conditioner in the sleeping area that easily cools all rooms, but the door between them must be open. If you are not traveling with family, but with friends, for example, if you want privacy at night, it is quite hot with the door closed in the smaller bedroom. We were positively surprised by the segregation of rubbish - it is important to us and we appreciate it. Cleanliness at the highest level. Vincenzo is very helpful as the host, his recommendations for places and shops were indeed wonderful. Anyway, you can see that he takes care of every detail, there is really everything in the house that can be useful, including a first aid kit and things for the beach (sunbeds, umbrella, diving masks). It was a wonderful time and we already miss this place. Thank you.

Ottima location e posizione, proprietario sempre gentile e disponibile. Casa pulita e accogliente. supermercato farmacia raggiungibili anche a piedi in pochi minuti.

Buongiorno siamo Carla e Lucia e viviamo in Germania. Scrivere la classica frase... ´torneremo´, sembra banale e quindi proveremo a descrivere le nostre sensazioni. Quello che ci ha davvero colpito, é stata la pulizia davvero eccelsa e la posizione 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Era quello che cercavamo e visto il periodo difficile che stiamo vivendo tutti, qui tutto é stato perfetto. Il Sig. Vincenzo é stato molto accogliente e garbato, cose che oggigiorno rendono le persone speciali. La zona esterna é comodissima, un patio dove fai tutto quello che in estate hai voglia di fare.....doccia.....mangiate....grigliate....solarium..... Assolutamente da consigliare!!! Casa bellissima. Molto vicino al mare, comodo anche coi bambini.
