Casita Libertad - One bedroom, one bathroom, large living room/kitchen, balcony, plus roof-top terrace under a palapa - a short stroll to the beach/plaza. Location, location, location! Don't have a car? Just a short walk to the town’s center/plaza or beach. The Casita is built above a private carport (available) on the street level, and has purified water from all faucets, free Wifi/internet, smart TV, hotel-style safe, air conditioning in the bedroom, and open living area (+ roof terrace). Although rented on a monthly basis, longer terms can get special rates -also depending if you need to use the carport (otherwise, the owner of Villa Cielito, way above, might use it to store a car). The main space is above the street level/carport and above that is a private roof terrace under a palapa. The casita is very secure with two locking gates and the entrance door. While a carport is provided for private parking, a car is really not needed in Sayulita, where parking is getting difficult. The casita is conveniently located just a 5-minute stroll to the plaza and beach and to about 150 restaurants in charming Sayulita.
Situated on the south end on cobblestoned Calle Libertad (with coffee/breakfast/lunch cafes conveniently located on both ends of the block; our favorite is Aquimista, just a half block down the block), Casita Libertad is just far enough away from the plaza noise - only a three or four block stroll to the plaza/beach.
There's really no need for a car unless you want to explore nearby towns or the region. For a one-day exploration, you can always rent a car. There are ample taxis to take you to nearby San Pancho or Punta de Mita, and the bus can even take you into Puerto Vallarta. If you do have a car, then having a private carport is a luxury!
自我介绍
I'm an artist and generally an active person (with one of the largest studios in the U.S. in North Adams, Massachusetts). I was president of Grupo Pro Sayulita for three years- the largest and most active community volunteer group in Sayulita. With my wife Barbara, we have lived in Sayulita during winters for fifteen years. I've written several books for artists and also novels; two are about Sayulita - Sayulita Mariposa, Sayulita Butterfly (a fun mystery novel for adults) and The Day Something Strange Happened in Sayulita (an illustrated children's book); both books are sold in town and all proceeds go to help the town.) You can also find them on Amazon.com. I'm always available by phone or email, although Gris and Dany care for the house when guests are there (and they have for 15 years).
