Maison assez sombre et rétro a l'intérieur mais fonctionnelle . Literie correcte , équipement cuisine correct. Manque quelques objets enfants pour être complet (verres de taille normale, jouets basiques ). Très bel extérieur qui prend tout son sens en été ++. A côté d'un Lidl pour courses de proximité sinon à10-15min en voiture de plusieurs sites touristiques , idéal famille. Nb: a priori le mois d'octobre est un mois ou il est autorisé que n'importe qui fasse un feu chez soi sans restriction particulière un peu gênant par moment mais pas lié à ce logement en particulier

Et super godt hus, der var perfekt til vores behov. Skønt med rengøring og udskiftning midt under opholdet. Det eneste der manglede var basisting ved ankomst som fx. opvaskemiddel og tabs etc.

We have just spend a wonderful 10 days at Villa Assumpcio and very much enjoyed our stay. It is located in easy walking distance to Pollenca and only a short drive from the beach. The pool and garden are beautiful, and we spent all of our evenings in the outdoor eating/ BBQ areas. The house has plenty of space inside and is clean and tidy. The travel cots and high chairs were in excellent condition and there were even some pool toys provided, which went down well with my children. As said in some of the other reviews, some of the utensils and kitchen equipment could do with updating. It would also be helpful to provide some essential items such as washing up liquid, hand soap, salt and pepper etc. as we had to buy all of this upon arrival. However, we have all said we would love to return to the villa as it was the perfect spot for our family holiday.

Really nice villa easy walking distance to pollensa. The inside of the villa was clean and kitchen well equipped but it's the garden and pool area that really stand out. Very close to lidl for shopping and getting all the things you need. We didn't have a car with us so it was brilliantly located for walking. The owner pops in and out through the week to check the pool etc. It would be nice to get warning though as that did surprise us the 1st time he appeared!
