heerlijk rustige plek. fijn huis, lekkere bedden en een heerlijk zwembad. restaurant La Rocco is echt een aanrader, wel reserveren.

We had a great stay at Stefano's, the bnb was clean and tidy and the pool was lovely. The air conditioning worked well which was great for escaping the heat or Summer. Wifi wasn't the best but it was alright.

We spent 2 weeks at "Coldifico" and it was a blast. The location has 7 apartments, all renovated with beautiful furniture and really spacious. Stefano provides everything you need to please your stay. The bedrooms have fresh linens which are changed every week, plenty of towels for the whole family, soaps and shower gels. The kitchen has everything, including dishwasher and a spacious fridge. He welcomed us with a fresh bottle of water and one of white wine. The house and the whole place has internet WiFi, each room has air conditioning and the place offers also the possibility to wash your own clothes without additional costs. The outside space is really nice, clean and kids friendly. There is a large swimming pool, kept clean every morning, new lounge chairs, umbrella and BBQ area. In addition, 4 super friendly cats are around the area begging for cuddles :-) The place is about 1 km from Sassoferrato, where you can find groceries, restaurants and much more. The location is great because in the middle of Marche. Within 30/45 minutes you can reach all famous area like: Perugia, Gubbio, Adriatic Sea. The spot is great for both, who is willing to retreat in silence or for families who are willing to visit Italy and the swimming pool is a great addition in case you want to have a lazy day. The super addition is Stefano's presence. He went far and beyond with us with all our requests. He's really friendly and always available on the place but also via whatsapp. I found Stefano really kind and his mother and father very friendly people who can give you good advices on what to visit and where to eat. Definitively a place for families and very kids friendly. Don't miss this place because it is a truly gem!
