Kasa was extremely responsive and helpful. At one point, we locked ourselves out and they cheerfully and quickly got us back in and on with our vacation. Beautiful rental with super fun communal space. This will be my first choice to rent next time I’m in Milwaukee!

Stayed here for a few nights in town, everything about the place was great and Kasa support is great as well. No complaints about any of that at all, 5 stars all the way. The only thing I'll caution against is a minor thing, we were given instructions to park in the underground garage. There were only two Kasa spots left in the entire garage when we arrived and someone had parked so lose to the line in an adjacent Kasa spot that it was nearly impossible to get my vehicle parked(had to climb out the passenger side after). I reported this to Kasa and they confirmed that the license plate of the person parking next to us was not even a registered Kasa vehicle. They said they'd let the site staff know but the car was still parked there when we left 2 days later (though they had the common sense to move their car into the middle of their spot.) My car is a smaller SUV as well, so just a warning if you have a large vehicle that parking could be tight.

Love that I can bring my pet and it had underground parking.
