Mariola je divan domaćin, brzo je odgovarala na sve moje poruke, komunikacija je bila odlična.Smeštaj je bio momforan i čist na pešačkoj udaljenosti od plaže i centra.Kola nismo ni koristili, bila su bezbedna u garaži, a tu je bio i noćni čuvar. Iskrena preporuka za smeštaj.

We travel a lot and have seen lot's of accomodations! This variant is in our TOP 5! The apartment is cozy and spacious with two balconys. The biggest one will give a great view on the city and sea-port. It is 2+1, so you will have 2 separate rooms. And if you have babys it will be the best choise. It is a 10 min walk to the city center, 5 minutes to the caffe and 10 minutes walk to the beach! So the center of the city is here ))) You will have everything you need inside. From soap and small tualet things to dishwash machine and airconditioner. In the same building there is a Supermarket with lot's of Italian and Albanian goods. And we found it very convinient. First of all you don't have to go anywhere and in the second this supermarket accept credit cards (PayPass too). We had some trouble with getting taxi but Mariola and her Father were very friendly and gave us a help! The only one thing we want to say: we are very thankfull for the great hospitality! Mariola, your appartments made our stay in Alabnia!

Приятная и уютная квартира. Есть все необходимое, вплоть до посудомоечной машины, также кондиционер, стиральная машина, плита с духовкой, и даже тренажёр! Подземный паркинг. Район удобный - магазины, кафе и т.п рядом. Пляж рядом. Ну и самое главное - это хозяйка! Быстрые ответы, всегда на связи, радушие и доброта. Отличное жилье.

Mariola’s place is a great choice to stay in Durres! It’s a 10 min walk to the city center and 7 min walk to the nearest beach! The apartment is spacious and the view from the balcony is beautiful, you can see the beach, the port and watch the sunset everyday! On the first floor of the building there’s a big supermarket where you can find pretty much anything and it was really convenient! Mariola was quick at responding my messages and check in was smooth! Thank you for the great hospitality!
