We had a great stay. tho we had some minor issues, like the leak sa ac, and the electric switch, the key card was kinda hard to insert.. no induction cooker inside the unit but they have common kitchen for you to cook. overall, it was a great stay.. Thank you for the accommodation ❣️ We'll come back 🥰

Nice place. secured. helpful staff. the place is close to the market, amenities, shops. 15min drive to Clark. lots to do nearby. There is no cooking appliance in the room like in the picture but there's a kitchen in the communal area. Everything in the room worked in good condition and the bathroom had a hot shower too.

Con’s: 1. Unresponsive host after booking, I needed to call airbnb support just for him to reply about our concern. 2. There’s ongoing construction above the building, so expect the noise all the time. They should not accept guests if they have such noises that can cause inconvenience to guests. 3. Theres no sense of security, as people come and go inside the building. 4. No toiletries and no water provided as confirmed by host before. 5. You can hear the noise, people talking outside the unit Pro’s; 1. The caretakers were nice and helpful. I asked for extra towel and the caretakers didnt hesitate to help, thank you. 2. Nice bed, Nice tv and nice Aircondition unit. 3. Easy to locate, using gps 4. THATS IT. So I guess we just got what we paid for, its one of the cheapest rooms in Airbnb, but I really cannot recommend it especially if you want a stress-free rest.
