This was a great place to stay. Perfect location and just a few steps away from the beach. It was equipped with any and all things you might need (beach chairs, sunscreen, etc). Chase is also very quick to respond and helpful. Definitely planning to make a trip back here soon.

This is an ideal listing that we have reserved multiple times when in Ponte Vedra. And we’ll reserve it again!

This listing is our go-to for frequent visits to Ponte Vedra. Chase provides prompt communication, his space is clean (and located right by the ocean!), and he’s a flexible and caring host. Also very responsive- we experienced an issue with the dryer and he had an electrician out to fix it straight away, on a holiday to boot! Will continue staying here and recommend this listing to others.
