Fantastic location in the middle of the countryside, fantastic getaway for friends or partners. The accommodation was high end and very reasonably priced. Friendly hosts who were happy to make restaurant recommendations in the local area.
My partner & I stayed at the Poppy cabin over the weekend and it was perfect. We were originally staying in a smaller cabin, but we were upgraded to Poppy which is larger, at no extra charge! We made sure to buy all our groceries prior but we did pass a co-op on the way to the cabin, which Katie did mention to us before. There was a folder in the cabin with everything you could ever ask for help on, whether that was how to use the stove, the radiators & some take away menus at the back just in case you didn’t want to cook one day. The place was very very clean (other than a couple cobwebs here and there, but nothing crazy) & the sheets, kitchen, floor, bathroom & bedroom were pristine. We made use of the wifi when we arrived however it was quite weak (as Katie also mentioned) so we used our data which worked fine. It was approaching winter so we were worried it’d be too cold but the radiators were very effective. Checkout was also very easy. We will definitely be back soon!!
We booked this pjs for the groomsmen for my wedding. It was absolutely perfect, the pod was spotless and beautiful. All the groomsmen loved it and have already said they want to come back.
Had a lovely 2 night stay in the Poppy pod with my young family. The Poddy pod was situated furthest from thr wedding venue which was ideal for us. The pod was surprisingly spacious and coped well with accommodating our family of five. Had all the facilities we needed and the alpacas were an added bonus. Farmlingham Castle and Jimmy's farm were fantastic and we had some delicious food in the Crown Hotel in Framlingham and the Ocean Platter in Ipswich.
We stayed in Poppy Pod for 2 nights. The pod was beautiful, Katie was a fabulous host. I highly recommend staying.

I am a Mum and business owner. Desperately trying to get a work life balance - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't! My favourite holiday type is narrowboating on the waterways of the UK with my family. When I do get a chance to read a book, I love a romance novel or a biography - I'm very nosy about other people! If we go to the cinema, you can count me in if there's salty sweet popcorn, a strawberry ice-cream and lots of comedy. Food plays a big part in my life and I love to eat out which by default makes us travel near and far to try out new places. I can't wait to start hosting so I can meet new people and hear about where they come from, what they like doing and sharing our amazing little corner of the planet with them.
