Im honestly impressed with the staff, location, & facility at this AirBNB. They called me the day of to inquire about when I would be checking in. I requested a late check in (I live two hours away in Las Cruces) & they accommodated. A couple of weeks before I called them requesting late check out & to add my dogs to the overall price. They also accommodated! I was able to text the staff of my arrival time & as soon as I got to their lodge, they checked us in. The lady in the front office was super friendly. She gave us the keys & she even answered questions I had while I was settling into the cabin. The cabin is older, so this should be expected when choosing this lodge. But, it had hot water, heater & a/c, lighting, & basic kitchen needs. The space is clean & the sheets smelled fresh. It was a great location near the winter park & Café Alto. Would recommend! Did I mention dog friendly?

The staff is very friendly and great at communication. The cabins are really nice and have everything you need, including a smart tv.
