The best place if you want to rest.

We booked this place to enjoy nature and peace with our three dogs - and we loved our stay! However, we rented a 4x4 car that didn’t turn out to be 4x4. We arrived one day earlier than planned because we wanted to camp in the area and Leonardo was so extremely welcoming and told us we can go in the house one day earlier. Our car couldn’t get up the mountain and Leonardo and his workers/friends helped us (and the car) get to the house. I really recommend getting a good 4x4 for this road, it’s HARD! Leonardo and his team went over and beyond our expectations to help us and make us feel at home. Leonardo and his workers are extremely kind and helped us in the best possible way. The guy that lives next to the house is extremely friendly and we even borrowed his horse to go to the colmado. The locals were very friendly and welcoming as well, they gave us tips on the best walking routes and my boyfriend even went night fishing with some of them. We were stressed because of the broken car and road, but we totally relaxed during our stay and enjoyed the many beautiful walks and nature around. The house is literally away from everything so we were surprised and grateful to have WiFi at the house. I recommend buying enough groceries before arrival and bring warm clothes/blankets as it’s chilly at night. The fireplace was amazing and kept us cozy and warm. The area around is very beautiful and clean, the ideal place for active people who like to enjoy nature. Our dogs were extremely happy too. We also had a day of nothing relaxing at the house, enjoying the beautiful garden and reading and drinking coffee on the terrace. The view is fantastic! I would recommend this place 100%, please be careful with your trash when walking or staying in the garden/area. This area is extremely clean and I hope other guests will treat the area with respect.
