We truly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and bathrooms for the whole family. Kyle was a great host! He and his wife were so nice and helpful. The location is great, you an walk to everything. This is a quiet safe friendly neighborhood if you are visiting the area.

We stayed at this property for six days, and we can definitely say it exceeded our expectations. The location is probably one of the best ones around. Just a couple of blocks away from a big park, very close to a supermarket which has EV chargers in the parking garage, and a parking pad in the back of the house that helped us to be be at ease with our car. Many well rated restaurants are also located nearby. The beds are very comfortable and, there are even sleep sound machines in the bedrooms. Although the neighborhood is very quiet and it’s also safe with many young families with children. The kitchen is well equipped. So having it and a market so close were a money saver for us. We also learned during our stay the real meaning of “Super Host”. Kyle went out of the way to accommodate all our requests. His communication, including prompt replies, were excellent. Probably one the best ones we had when renting properties. We definitely recommend this place!

Kyle's place was in a great neighborhood. He helped me check in and immediately responded to questions. I will stay here again.

We had to stay at this house at the last minute due to an unexpected issue at our own home nearby, and Kyle made it so easy. He was extremely responsive and even took care of extending our stay for us when we realized we needed to stay longer. The house was great for us- very cozy and quiet. Comfy beds! Loved the sound machines in each room upstairs too! We’d definitely stay here again if ever needed.
