we stayed for one night only but the apartment is perfect and well located and Jacob is of great help if we need info.

worst airbnb expirience ever! after I made the reservation the host send me a link to another contract with addittional terms to my stay, which I had to sign as part of the chek in. in addition, I was asked to downlod 2 different apps for the chek-in and for the parking gate, and send photos for a facial ID. I spent plenty of time on all thos things, time should have spent on my vacation. wanted to cancel, but it is a non refond reservation. on top of that, the host asked for extra payment for bringing our dog, without mentioning it on the proprty page and therefor it is not approved by airbnb regulation . I was VERY dissapointed with this reservation and will NOT recomend it to anyone

Tout d'abord Jacob m'a toujours répondu, très réactif et je l'en remercie cela m'a évité de nombreuses surprises, surtout concernant l'accès au parking, à l'immeuble, à l'appartement etc. Concernant les équipements il y avait écrit qu'il y avait une chaise haute, et il n'y en avait pas.. Un lit de bébé et un lit parapluie et il n'y avait qu'un lit parapluie... J'ai noté qu'on arrivait avec deux enfants et un seul lit n'était préparé dans la chambre des enfants et j'ai du trouver moi même des draps dans les armoires et le préparer (je précise un drap house très sale avec une tache jaune au milieu...) Dans l'ensemble cela fut un bon séjour, photo qui correspond complètement à l'appartement, bien placé et bien aménagé. Merci Jacob de votre réactivité.
