The flat LA CASA VIOLA is located in the BORGO SAN PANCRAZIO Historical Residence in the middle of a private property of 170 hectares of oak and holm-oak woods, fields and olive groves, set among the green Umbrian hills and ancient villages. Guests have access to a private lake where they can swim. Surrounded by a large garden with a splendid rose garden, stone walls covered with rosemary. A sauna near the lake is available on request. The flat "La Casa Viola is an elegant two-room apartment housed in a historic 17th century building. On 65 square metres there is a large room with a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 persons, a large fireplace, a bathroom with bath and a separate kitchen equipped with crockery, oven and dishwasher with a magnificent view of the countryside. All the spaces are carefully restored, with chestnut beamed ceilings and travertine and terracotta floors. Outside on the rock terrace overlooking the vegetable garden there is an area equipped with table and chairs. There is also a private lake for all guests to swim in.

Magnifico! Un luogo magico dove regnano natura e silenzio. Tutto nel mio soggiorno in smartworking è stato perfetto, fare la mattina il bagno al laghetto sotto casa, con l'acqua rigenerante fredda e ricca di argilla, prendere il sole sul prato dall'erba tenera, abitare, leggere, rilassarsi e lavorare nella casa ben arredata che si integra nella vegetazione boschiva dentro al piccolo borgo medievale, gioiello architettonico, e gli host presenti ma mai invadenti. Grazie Peter e Maddalena per tutelare e condividere questo luogo meraviglioso!
