Simon’s eclectic style and beautiful plants made it a delight to stay in and it was delightfully peaceful - we felt comfortable and enjoyed feeling part of the Gozitan community with the local bars and small shops. The bus stop was only 5 mins away and the local buses were great (with affordable cabs when we needed them). He had lots of interesting books about Gozo and Malta. Overall a really lovely stay and couldn’t recommend it more.

Simon's house is stunning, and totally unique. He's a talented artist, and you can see this the moment you walk in - stunning central atrium is filled with exotic plants, including a big palm tree! All sorts of objects d'art, curiosities, antiques and architectural features just made it a lovely sanctuary to chill out in. You live like a local, in narrow, almost car-free streets, locals are friendly and seem used to visitors. There's a fruit & veg stall on the doorstep, a bar, and mini market all 1 min walk or less, so highly convenient and lovely location. Bedrooms are large, with high ceilings and very effective aircon throughout, so I was always comfortable and slept well. The main bathroom is also huge, with laundry facilities too. Large kitchen/diner, although I didn't cook much as it's easier and cheaper to do 5 min walk into Victoria, and enjoy 20 Euro meals in the pretty squares. Simon is super-professional host, instant responses, also a lovely guy too! 100% recommended

La maison de Simon est un vrai bijou, un lieu à part. Au cœur de Victoria, c'est idéalement situé pour sillonner toute l'île de Gozo, que ce soit en bus ou en taxi. Simon est très accueillant et très réactif. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! Encore merci à vous Simon !

Simon’s house is really lovely, quite unique in our experience of AirbNB stays. We’d obviously seen the photos but still couldn’t quite imagine how it all fitted together. This all became clearer once through the front door - it’s a wonderful space. The house is very well situated in the small streets surrounding St George’s Square and is close to a few local food stores and about a 10 minute walk to Green’s, a well-stocked supermarket. Also close to the bus station. We didn’t bother with a hire car, the buses on Gozo are very reliable (al least they are at end on June, not sure how much busier the island gets at other times) and a 7 day buss pass costs around €20. Simon was a great host, good communications and gave us good tips for making the most of our week on Gozo. Thanks Simon!

Simon is a very nice host! The appartement is very cost and located in a very nice neighbourhood of Victoria. Would recommend it!
