FR: Formé par un chef étoilé et fort de plusieurs années d’expérience comme chef à Honfleur, je suis un enfant du pays passionné par le terroir normand. Après avoir voyagé à travers l’Europe, J'y ai posé bagage en 2018 dans cet ancien moulin à aube du XVIe siècle, situé au cœur d’un parc boisé, au bord de la Charentonne. Avec mon équipe, nous y avons créé un havre de paix (Hôtel de Charme/Restaurant) où nous vous accueillerons chaleureusement et ferons de notre mieux pour que votre séjour soit confortable. ENG: Trained by a starred chef and with many years of experience as a chef in Honfleur, I am a child of the country passionate about Normandy. After traveling through Europe, i set down in 2017 in this old 16th-century dawn mill, located in the heart of a wooded park, on the banks of the Charentonne river. With my team, we have created a haven of peace (Boutique Hotel & Restaurant) where we will welcome you warmly and do our best to make your stay comfortable.
