Joseph was a great host; super responsive, quick to reply and gave us many local recommendations. The location of the condo was close to so many great destinations (drivable, not walkable). We spent time at Fort De Soto, Pass A Grille, downtown St Petersburg and a ferry ride/kayak to nearby Keys. Highly recommend! Tip if you stay here: the laundry room is connected to the Clubhouse (we had trouble finding it) and you need cash for the quarter machine to run a load- $3.50 to wash and dry each load.

We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay. The grounds and surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and well kept. The pool area and hot tub were very nice. We loved sitting outside on the balcony in the morning to enjoy the view. We also were able to use the pool table in the club house, which was nice when it was raining outside. The location was great being in close proximity to 2 beaches. I especially enjoyed the bowl of sugars, sweetners and creamer for coffee! The only couple of issues we had were that when we arrived, there was only one washcloth and one towel for each of us. There were a couple of "swim" towels that we used for bath towels. There was only one hand towel for each bathroom. We messaged Joseph about the washcloths and the next day, someone delivered more. I did have to wash towels a couple times while we stayed. There is a dish washing machine but no dish washing detergent, so I had to hand wash dishes. You might want to bring your own.

Great location. Loved sitting on balcony looking at the bay. Pool and hot tub were great. No issues.

Joseph was an excellent host. His communication was excellent. He was fast to respond to any questions or concerns. The unit was very clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We will definitely be returning!

Great location with so many things to do if you love beaches and great restaurants. The king bed is SUPER comfortable.
