The property is located at the Central Business District II of Naga City. Bustling during the day, quiet at night. Safe and accessible. The Police Sub-station and Bicol Central Bus Terminal are just across the street. Restaurants are a few steps away. Malls are 5-10 minutes ride.
There are Free Parking slots (not covered) at the side of the building. Private transportion, tricycles traverse Ninoy and Cory Avenue. The Bicol Central Bus Station is across the street. SM City Naga is a 4 minute walk or 3 minute ride from our property.
