The place is in a great location and in even better condition! The pictures didn't do enough justice in my experience. Everything a traveler may need, the host has already thought of and provided for you. Amenities in the unit and the building are complete for a great stay, from cookware, extra beddings, and connectivity and entertainment. The houseplants, view, and the friendly, on-point staff are a welcome bonus. With all that being said, the most outstanding element by no small margin is the host, Maria. She's very friendly, reachable, and goes the extra distance to make sure you and your needs are attended to like family. She was easy to work with regarding all the paperwork from day 1, straightforward with any rules and processes she and the building management had, welcomed me like family, and saw me off when it was time to go. Was very fortunate to find and go with this listing, and for the whole experience that followed with this place being my home for more than a month. Not enough stars and words to express my gratitude. Already thinking of next time!

Very accommodating host. Very clean. Complete utensils and necessities. Located near Megamall & Podium. Everything is within reach. Very peaceful and safe place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed here for 30days while I was recovering from my surgery. Everything went well, from check in to check out. 🥰

The whole place is perfect for a long term stay. I rented the place for more than a month and it really is a home away from home. Everything you would need in a home is in this place. UNIT -The unit is fully furnished. Most of the things you have in your house, you'd see it there. Making it very convenient for travelers like me who are staying for semi-long term. Kitchen utensils are complete so you can cook your own food. Internet Wi-Fi, TV with netflix and amazon fire stick. Queen size bed with a pull out bed for another person. Extra set of bed-sheets, towels, toiletries, and such are provided as well. The actual unit is on the corner spot of the 21st floor without a neighboring unit beside you as it is beside the emergency exit door so you don't have to worry about noise coming in and out. If you have a car, unit doesn't come with a parking spot but there's lots of pay parking all over the place. LOCATION -The location of the place is basically in the heart of Ortigas at Emerald Ave. It is also a perfect location as it is an area full of businesses so it is quiet and clean. You can enjoy exercising on the whole Emerald Ave. every weekend as the road is closed down to give space for activities to the people living in the area. There are rental bikes and food stalls that you can enjoy as well. There's also a couple restaurant and food stores in the whole avenue. Malls such as SM Megamall and The Podium are walking distance so it really is a convenient location. HOST -Ms. Ria has been a very good host. She is the definition of Filipino Hospitality. She'll welcome you to her place once you checked-in. Also very good with communication. I can't say no more about the unit, it's been perfect for me. The unit is fairly new as most appliances are new as well. The place also have (1) one day laundry service for pick-up on the lobby everyday at 7pm. All the security guards and staff were very polite as if you feel like you're in a luxury hotel. I'd say my stay was worth it and I'm definitely going back again if I have the opportunity to do so.
