This 18 sqm air-conditioned room has three (3) single beds with private bath (hot/cold shower); 32" flat screen TV with cable; wireless internet. There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave oven. The toiletries (soap, shampoo and toilet paper) are free; safe bidet; towels; socket near the bed; tile floor; slippers; telephone system; iron and hairdryer (upon request); cabinet/clothes rack.

A really great place to stay if you are in GenSan! Ate Neneng and Ate Bunny were very accommodating and very helpful with our needs. Will definitely stay here again when we get back to GenSan =)
I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a budget friendly accommodation. The place is so nice and very convenient! plus the staffs are very nice and hospitable. They serve great food too👍🏻

HOW TO GET THERE:
From the National Highway (Notre Dame of Dadiangas University) , drive to Aparente Street (road leading to Dadiangas Heights Subdivision) and when you reach the corner of Ambassador Provido Village (landmarks: Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness and JMP Building), turn left then straight ahead for about 60 meters, Delle Suites is at the right side of the road. Please be guided by a map provided herein.

DELLE SUITES has 30 fully air-conditioned rooms with hot and cold shower private bathroom, equipped with 32” or 40" cable TV, wireless internet, telephone system; and 24/7 secured facility with CCTV security system; parking area and stand-by generator. There are two (2) types of rooms for TRANSIENT GUESTS at affordable room rate, inclusive of breakfast. - DELUXE ROOMS have all the basic amenities as previously stated and there rooms are good for 1, 2, 3 and 4 guests - SUPERIOR ROOMS have also all the basic amenities but with kitchen sink, microwave oven and refrigerator; and the rooms available are good for 2, 3 and 6 guests. We also have EXECUTIVE ROOMS for LONG STAYING GUESTS. These are full-serviced rooms for a minimum stay of 1 month. The guests pay for the electricity used and breakfast is not included.
