The place was nice, quiet, and peaceful. Lots of immediate hiking and walking available. Wish I would have done some fishing on the river. Directions and check in was a breeze. Thank you.

Gwen was a great host! Directions were great and proximity to Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne was very convenient. Chalet’s heated floors in bathroom, massage bed and 4 recliners were a bonus surprise!

Beautiful home for a great price, I would definitely stay again! Gwen has a lot going on in personal life, so triple check you have all your check in instructions before you get there because she may not be available to help you when you need it. The address Airbnb sent us was to the club house not the house itself (we didn’t know that until we got there and wondered around confused) so we called Gwen. She accused us of not reading instructions and wouldn’t tell us how to get in for 15 minutes before I delicately convinced her to give us instructions. It was very stressful for everyone. She is kind hearted and gave us a credit for our troubles. Be aware: In the photos the loft with a queen bed looks like someone can sleep there but there wasn’t a bed, just an unmade air mattress. Also the ladder to get to the mattress loft is steep so we didn’t use it at all. Overall, I would recommend. Having the gym and pool in clubhouse was great, and we had a lovely 2 weeks once checked in.

Gwen’s place is the ideal little getaway. My group and pup enjoyed our afternoons and evenings after skiing/snowboarding all day.

We really enjoyed our stay! Gwen was a great host. She was very responsive prior to, during, and after our stay. The cabin was spotless, had everything we needed, and has such a pretty view out the back doors. We definitely recommend this place :)
